We recently got Alan from Plan A to audit our IT. I was shocked and surprised to find that our server had no backup whatsoever.
We had an IT provider that we really trusted. When he told us that the server was being backed up to the cloud, we just trusted him.
As a kitchen designer, we have thousands of drawings on our server that we cannot afford to lose. I’m so glad that we got the audit done.
Plan A set up an on-site and cloud backup which is monitored and we get a monthly report for peace of mind.
